By accessing and using Marketplace Image Resizer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

Marketplace Image Resizer provides an automated image resizing and optimization service for marketplace platforms including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, and Walmart.

The Service allows you to upload product images and receive properly formatted versions optimized for various marketplace specifications.

Anonymous Users: You may use the Service without creating an account, subject to a monthly limit of 5 free image conversions per device.

Registered Users: Creating an account provides access to additional features and higher usage limits based on your subscription tier.

Credits: Image conversions are tracked via a credit system. Credits reset monthly on the 1st day of each month. Unused credits do not roll over.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload images you do not have rights to use
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or impersonate others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Your Content: You retain all rights to images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Marketplace Image Resizer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We process uploaded images in real-time and do not permanently store them on our servers. Images are automatically deleted after processing.

Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketplace Image Resizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marketplace Image Resizer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
